Canadian Privacy (PIPEDA)

We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial private‑sector privacy laws. We collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. We use contractual or other means to provide a comparable level of protection when information is handled by service providers.

Our service providers may process personal information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. When information is outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of the foreign jurisdiction and may be available to foreign governments, courts, or law enforcement. We use contractual or other means to provide a comparable level of protection while information is processed by third parties on our behalf.

If you are located in the EEA/UK, we use recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

  • Booking and transaction records: 7 years.
  • Client communications and session notes: 2 years (or sooner upon request, unless we must retain them by law).
  • Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or your consent is withdrawn.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we learn of a data incident, we will notify affected individuals when required by law.

Your Rights (Canada/EEA/UK)

In limited cases, access may be restricted as permitted by law (we will explain the reasons and any recourse available).
